- All in stock items are shipped within 1-5 business days. Most packages will ship within 24 hours, but occasionally there will be delays.
Most shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail, but we sometimes use Fedex, depending on weight and destination. USPS delivery typically takes from 2-5 business days. UPS or Fedex Ground deliveries can take from 5-10 days. In most cases, we will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. - Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any full-priced, unused item to us for a refund, store credit or an exchange. (some exclusions apply, please read product descriptions for information on special cases) If you purchased sale items or used a coupon code, the unused item may be returned for store credit only (we will email you a coupon code to use for the cost of what you purchased the item for). Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please mail back your items to the address below and include your packing slip in the order describing what you are returning and why.
